Shipping and Handling Fees

Flat rate shipping is calculated at check-out for domestic shipping within Canada.  Free shipping in Canada on orders over $300.  If you need shipping outside of Canada, please contact the store directly.

All customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Coupons and Discounts

Reward Coupons and discounts do not apply to merchandise already at sale prices.

Reward Points towards Coupons are only applied to non-discounted items.  Purchase of some regular price items are exempt from collecting Reward Points and include, but is not exclusive to, Creative Grid, Quilter’s Select and Bloc-Loc products.

Returns

We are committed to ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied.

Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt.  Product must be unused and still have original packaging.  Certain items may be ineligible for return such as custom-made products, custom assembled kits, cut yardage, copyrighted material (books and patterns) or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.

For online returns, customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact the store within 24 hours of delivery. 

All refunds will be for an in-store credit, less shipping fees.

Fabric

We sell and cut our fabrics according to the metric system (meters). However, some pre-packaged pre-cuts may be packaged according to the imperial system. (ie., 36 inches = 1 yard; approximately 39 inches = 1 meter.)

 

Our minimum cuts are .25 meters on regularly priced fabric.  Minimum cuts for sale fabric are 1 meter.

Class Fees

All Class fees are due before the start of the first class in any series and are non-refundable.

 

All fabric for classes is to be purchased at the shop.

Retreat Fees

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your place at a particular retreat.

Full payment is required one month before the retreat is scheduled to begin and is non-refundable.  However, if we have a wait list and can fill your spot, we will refund you the cost of retreat, less the $50 non-refundable deposit.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the store directly.

Privacy Retreat Fees

Personal information collected at time of check-out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
